I think; the intense competitiveness, and new marketing opportunities are making companies greedy that, they are always in an agressive stance to catch up new opportunities to increase the organization's profitability. Globalization has good parts after all but, as i mentioned, it is generated in a manner of economical extend. Due to the globalization's fundamental, many undeveloped, and developing companies are trying to wrestle against gaint MNE organizations. That's reasoning many firms at undeveloped and developing countries are imitating, copying, allowing child labor, adding extra working hours, or exporting product in unauthorized ways. Hence, the globalization has detrimental impact on the countries which are not in equal level of prosperity as technological, human resource, and economical infrastructure. That is causing the world economy to oversizing in unhealthy way (monopol organizations; eg, apple, microsoft, google,...), damaging the human rights(while in US people have many social advantages, working, education opportunities etc., in India many people are don't have even a toilet. The sad part of it is our greedy cognition of life), and poluting the environment by greedy cognition.(as researchers are claimed that, the fertilization is reduced 40percent during the 40 years.(Alternative Energy Sources for Sustainable Future)

On the other hand, i think, it is essential to point out that, the digital age which spreaded after the globalization surpassed the boundaries of nations, and that evaluated the perception of humanity. we can add this as a great approach; to obtain unlimited informational resources to evaluate ourselves.
